Penne with Balsamic Broiled Vegetables

Penne Pasta (cooked)              3 cups
Zucchini                                  2 small
Red Bell Pepper                      1 Medium
Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette       1/2 cup
Feta Cheese (Crumbled)         1/2 cup
Fresh mint (chopped)              2 Tbsp

Put zucchini and red bell pepper into 2 x 1/2 inch strips. Toss to coat with 3 tablespoons of lite balsamic vinaigrette. Place vegetables on a pan and sprinkle with pepper. Broil for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are just tender. Mix vegetables with pasta, remaining vinaigrette, cheese and mint.
