
Let your kids munch on something healthy with these no-bake oatmeal cookies.
Makes about 12 cookies Prep Time 15 minutes Cooking Time about 5 minutes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons peanut butter
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil then remove from the heat.
2 Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
3 Drop by heaping tablespoons on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Let cookies firm up for a few minutes before serving.
