Aside from alleviating backpains which definitely worked for me, Yoga has been proven to help relieve stress and increase one's patience. It also serves as a great primer for workouts. The sets below are the positions I practice at least three times a week (or when my back calls for it in the morning). To avoid cramming my site with a long blog about yoga poses, I just pasted pictures and would recommend to do at least 5 to 10 slow breathing of each steps. It would be best to follow the sets - in this order.
Set 1. Warrior Pose
Set 2. Dancer Pose
Set 3. Triangle Pose
4. Forward Fold
5. Downward facing Dog
6. Cat-Cow Pose
7. Pigeon Pose
9. Cobra Stretch
10. Child Pose
